Do I need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable Return Policy period (30 days). You can obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service at 1-888-441-6942. Route AC will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Route AC must receive the returned products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product.

(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX)- An automatic 15% repackaging fee will be issued if the outside original packing is defaced with a marker or any writing utensil)

If no RMA is visible on the return package; it will be refused and returned to sender.

CHECKLIST: Items must be checked off using the checkmarks below prior to submission on RMA. If any of the below items are not checked off, our RMA department will assume that the return does not meet the requirments and will refuse your request.
