Price Match Policy

Route AC attempts to have the lowest available pricing for all of our products. We want to offer you the best pricing. If you find a lower price on a competitor’s website, let us know and we will attempt to match or beat their pricing.

What do you need to do if you find a lower priced product?
Search our website and locate identical product. Click on the “Price Match” tab and complete the price match form. You will need to copy and paste the direct link to the lower priced product into the price match form.
 
How do you determine if a price match is available on a product?
Everything we sell is available for a price match. We may not be able to beat all of the products on our website, but we are open to the opportunity to try to lower our price.

Are there any factors that will not allow us to price match a product?
1. We look at the whole price that you would pay at our store versus another store. Since we are an online store, we do need to consider the amount of shipping paid when comparing pricing.
2. Other online HVAC Wholesalers and AC Units Discount Outlets requires that the customer purchase a liftgate service. Route AC offers free curveside delivery with liftgate service for all HVAC Equipment. Therefore, we cannot price match products that do not include this service.
3. If the product is backordered, or not available for immediate shipping, we will not price match these products.
4. If the model numbers do not match exactly, we cannot guarantee it is the same product, and therefore cannot price match.
