Shipping Liability

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery times due to a carrier’s shipping delay, nor when orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Route AC is not responsible for any guarantees on transit time made by the shipping carrier. Route AC will provide assistance in the event the shipping carrier is unable to meet their delivery guarantee. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

Free Shipping Details

1) Free Shipping On Orders Over $500:

Route AC is pleased to reward its customers with FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $500*. We hope this promotion will encourage you to browse through growing variety of products and see how we can further meet your needs. Please keep in mind that the customer may be responsible for paying the actual shipping cost of returned orders which received the free shipping promotion.

2) Free Shipping On Individual Items:

Route AC provides free shipping on many individual items despite the order amount*. However, if an item that does not include Free Shipping is added to the order, and the order is $500 and below, that item alone will incur the appropriate shipping charge.

*Unfortunately, we are currently unable to extend any Free Shipping promotions to customers shipping orders outside the continuous 48 states. If you are shipping outside of this area normal shipping rates apply.

Same Day Shipping

Route AC is proud to offer "SAME DAY SHIPPING" as a standard for its customers who place orders before 2:00 PM EST. Orders that are over $500 and applicable for "Same Day Shipping”, will still leave our warehouse the Same Day with Free Ground Shipping!

If applicable, "Same Day Shipping" on an order means that the order will leave our warehouse the Same Day! The estimated time of arrival for an order depends on the shipping method which is selected during checkout. If ground shipping is selected on an order that applies for "Same Day Shipping", the order will ship out the same afternoon & will take approximately 5-7 business days in transit via UPS or Freight.

Additionally, if an item(s) in an order is not in stock, the entire or part of the order may be held until the item returns back in stock, then the order will be processed immediately. Please keep in mind that orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Backorders & Direct Shipments

Normally, backordered items will ship from our distribution center as soon as the item(s) becomes “In Stock”. On certain orders, a partial shipment of the items that are available may be shipped to the customer. Occasionally on orders with bulk product quantities, we will ask the manufacturer to ship the entire or part of an order directly to the customer.

Note: Backordered items do not qualify for Same Day Shipping.

Freight Shipments

For the purchase of many of our products and/or on orders that contain bulk quantities, our shipping department may choose to use the most appropriate Freight or LTL shipping carrier. Please understand that this is to make sure that the customer’s shipment gets delivered safely. In turn, a customer service agent will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to collect data necessary to arrange a freight delivery. The customer will be contacted by the freight company to schedule an appropriate time at which he/she will be available to accept the shipment.

Nationwide Transit Times For Small Parts

Our distribution center is located in Miami, Florida. Shipments normally leave our dock the same day on orders placed before 2:00pm EST. Once the order is shipped out, the transit time of the shipping method selected will decide when the shipment will be delivered. Shipments using UPS Ground are normally received as shown below. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Air Select will be delivered accordingly. A UPS Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped to get a better estimate of when you will receive your order. In case you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please login to your account to access your order’s tracking information.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

*BUSINESS DAYS EXCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

*Whenever possible, we will make every attempt to drop ship your order from the nearest zip code or state. We have national distribution centers throughout and will always try to ship from the nearest location unless the item is not available in that location..

Nationwide Transit Times For Heating And Air Conditioning Equipment

Shipping transit times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your delivery address. The Free Lift Gate service is included in all our orders that contain Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, however it is subject to availability within your local FedEx Freight/National delivering terminal.
