PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping within the continental US on selected items or special orders totalling over $500 before tax.Free shipping applies to residential or business curbside deliverywithin the 48 contiguous states. If inside delivery is needed, please contact your local FedEx National/Freightdelivering terminal for a quote. Orders are process Monday through Friday. Orders that have been placed by12 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day.Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be shipped thenext business day. Some products like AC units, package units, coils or special orders could take longer if we have to get them from the manufacturer or our other warehouses. Items orderedon weekends ship on Monday. Some items will have to be placed onbackorder for a few extra days for the order to ship. Shipping transit times start once your order leaves our warehouse. Verify that you have received your order before you schedule the installation. Some delays in shipping by the carrier are seldom, but may occur which are out of our control.
Damaged Shipments
Please NOTE: We only ship out replacements when the order or product has been refused for damages at the time of delivery. We do NOT ship out replacement units or do any exchanges due to damaged equipment and/or item(s) that may result upon delivery. All damaged shipments must be reported to the Freight Company and the customer is responsible for filing a claim and resolving the issue with the freight company. Replacement units and exchanges may only be shipped out if the damaged equipment and/or item(s) were refused at the time of delivery. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. If you notice there is damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you, (the customer) is responsible for resolving the issue with the Freight (Shipping) company. Therefore, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing. If any of the items appear to have any type of damage, refuse the items that are damaged or keep and sign for the items that are in good condition. Be sure to note the items that are being refused for damages clearly on the delivery receipt. If your item was shipped via UPS, call UPS at 800-pick-ups with your tracking number to report a damaged item.
WarrantyPolicy
Routeac.com will back up 100% of all parts warranty offered by the manufacturer. We offer only nationally known and established brands that provide a nationwide parts distribution network. Most air conditioning contractors are authorized by these manufacturers to service these units and obtain free of charge replacement parts for the term of your warranties.
If a product should fail within the first thirty days of purchase, we'll cover shipping fees to get a replacement part to you. After thirty days you are responsible for shipping fees to and from. You also have the option of processing warranty claims with your local heating and cooling contractors that service the products we sell. To validate your warranty claim, a licensed contractor must have either installed or inspected your equipment before start-up. Without a receipt from a licensed contractor we cannot process warranty parts or claims for you. Failure to submit a receipt will result in denial of any warranty claim.
If any product purchased from Routeac.com should result in failure upon installation or not operate after installation, we are only responsible for supplying the parts warranted by the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will the refrigerant (R22 or R410A) be covered or reimbursed ifrefrigerant needs to be re-added to the system, whether it is missing from the unit when it arrives or after a part is replaced. Under no circumstances will we replace a whole system or component since these are not covered by the Manufacturers warranty. Routeac.com does not provide Labor warranties or compensation of any kind for any costs incurred by the consumer due to a malfunction of any products sold on our site.
The products we sell on our site are intended by the manufacturers to be installed by professional heating and air conditioning contractors. They are available to you the homeowners, as a means of saving a substantial amount of money. We know the advantages of self-installation, as well as any disadvantages, and it’s your decision to purchase from us and install on your own. Do-it-yourselfers accept all risk for both installation and equipment selection. Any applicable warranties will be void if the installation is not completed by a licensed contractor. Having these systems installed by a contractor is more costly but it has its advantages- professional installation and labor warranty would be provided by the contractor, the validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and someone to process warranty claims for you. (For safety reasons, do not install a furnace yourself unless you are qualified to do so. Learn more).
Most of the manufacturers of these products sold on our site have no provisions to provide warranty replacement parts or technical support to the homeowner. They only work through dealers, such as your local heating and air conditioning contractors.
Returns
You may return original unopened merchandise if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase by requesting a return goods authorization number (RGA) within 30 days of your order’s shipping date. RGA's expire after 30 days. Products must be received by Routeac.com prior to the RGA's expiration date. All orders associated with our Free Shipping offerwill be charged the original shipping fees that Routeac.com incurredin the process of shippingyourorder. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). All ductless mini splits, condensers, air handlers, package units, coils or split systems will incur a 15% restocking fee for reasons other than the product being damaged or defective. For equipment returns, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back.

Note: Only uninstalled products in brand new, original condition may be returned for a refund. If there was a product on your order given from Routeac.com as a "free" gift/item, such can not be returned or exchanged for credit or upgrade to another product(s). Please read the return policy for more information.
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled before it has shipped, the full purchase price will be refunded.
You may cancel your order by calling our customer service department. We do not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax, or U.S. mail (no exceptions). The customer service department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am Est to 6:00pm Est.
If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges that have incurred. There will also be a 10% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Once the order is cancelled, credit for the items can take as long as 30 business days to be refunded to your credit card. Please ensure that the product you order is the right product for your needs in order to avoid any costly errors by you the customer ordering a wrong product.
Limited Copyright
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order withRouteac.com or purchasingRouteac.com products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order withRouteac.com or to purchaseRouteac.com products.
Limitation of Liability
Routeac.comshall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even ifRouteac.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Product Choice and Installation
Routeac.com does not accept any responsibility for fitness of the Equipment for any particular application. Any suggestions that may be provided by Routeac.com concerning system sizing and/or selection are subject to an onsite inspection by a certified heating and cooling professional. All products must be installed according to manufacturer's installation instructions and safety guidelines. All work must be done according to local building, electrical and mechanical codes.Products sold by Routeac.commust be installed by a qualified licensed HVAC technician. Manufacturer covers parts only under warranty. Installer is responsible for labor warranty.
Pricing and Availability Policy
Due to changing cost and availability, we reserve the right to alter our prices. Our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, Routeac.com does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without having to assign a reason to do so.
Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. Our Company does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our Web site at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.
Typographical Errors
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Routeac.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.Routeac.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
