What is Route AC Wholesale's Return Policy?

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement. All returns require an RMA number, given by a customer service agent. Products returned without an authorized RMA number written clearly on a separate piece of paper on the outside of the shipping box will be refused.

(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX!)- An automatic 15% repackaging fee will be issued if the outside original packing is defaced with a marker or any writing utensil)

Because many companies offer additional factory coverage, you should contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding defective products. All returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned without original packaging. If an item is returned without it's original packaging, or an item is returned with damaged packaging, Route AC reserves the right to charge the customer the normal 15% restocking, plus any additional fee it may cost Route AC to repackage the merchandise when applicable.
