What Should I Include with My Return?
All original equipment (manuals, cables, documents, packaging, etc.) must be returned with your item in New Conditon. Route AC cannot process returns that do not have RMA numbers or are incomplete. Incomplete and unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Be sure to clearly mark your RMA number on a seperate piece of paper outside of the shipping box.
(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX)- An automatic 15% repackaging fee will be issued if the outside original packing is defaced with a marker or any writing utensil)
CHECKLIST: Items must be checked off using the checkmarks below prior to submission on RMA. If any of the below items are not checked off, our RMA department will assume that the return does not meet the requirments and will refuse your request.
